DEPOSITS & PAYMENT
All deposits are non-refundable. Any remaining balance is due at your appointment unless paid in full in advance.

CANCELLATIONS, RESCHEDULING & CHANGES
All cancellations will result in the loss of your deposit. A minimum of 72 hours’ notice is required to reschedule your appointment and retain your deposit. Appointments may be rescheduled once only. After this, your appointment will be forfeited, and your deposit will be lost.

LATE CANCELLATIONS & NO-SHOWS
Failure to attend your appointment without notice will result in a charge of 100% of the treatment cost. Deposits are non-transferable and cannot be applied to alternative dates or treatments.
