Leah is a Senior Registered Nurse and Independent Prescriber with advanced qualifications in medical aesthetics. With over 7 years of experience managing patients through major surgery, Leah brings a high level of clinical precision and a deep understanding of holistic care to her practice. Recognising that true confidence comes from within, she specialises in tailored wellness-focused solutions that prioritise the long-term health of her patients.

As a medically trained practitioner and skin specialist, Leah’s expertise extends far beyond injectables. Glowing by Leah offers a full spectrum of care, including advanced skin therapies, wellness support, and personalised skin health programs. Her commitment to excellence is further reflected in her Accredited Training Academy, where she provides 1-1 clinical mentoring to the next generation of aesthetic professionals.

Leah founded her practice in 2018 and has since expanded her vision across Stroud, Andover, Dursley, and Liverpool. The rebrand to Glowing by Leah reflects her evolution as a practitioner, focusing on helping every individual feel radiant, healthy, and confident.

Louise brings a unique, "Zen-inspired" approach to Glowing by Leah, bridging the gap between clinical excellence and holistic wellbeing. With a background as a Registered Nurse in Acute Medicine, Louise has a profound understanding of the human body’s complexity. However, her passion lies in viewing the body as a whole, striving for homeostasis where all systems work in harmony rather than simply treating symptoms.

As a lifelong learner, Louise specialises in the lymphatic system, incorporating advanced drainage techniques into her facial and body treatments to boost immunity, digestion, and detoxification. She is a specialist in Traditional Thai Reflexology, using ancient techniques to release blocked energy and activate the body’s natural healing mechanisms.

Louise is also highly skilled in Intra-Oral Massage and TMJ Release, a transformative treatment that releases deep-seated tension in the jaw, neck, and head. By stimulating lymphatic drainage and releasing trapped emotions, this therapy can subtly refine the face’s shape and enhance emotional well-being. Furthermore, Louise is an expert in Platelet-Rich Plasma (PRP) therapy, harnessing the body's own ability to rejuvenate skin and hair without the need for synthetic medicine.

Lisa is a highly qualified Registered Nurse and Advanced Clinical Practitioner with a Master’s level education. Her clinical background is rooted in evidence-based practice, ensuring that high standards and patient safety are at the core of everything she does. Despite her advanced medical standing, Lisa is known for her authentic, down-to-earth approach and her ability to explain complex treatments without the clinical jargon.

As someone who came to the world of aesthetics later in life, Lisa completely understands the apprehension and confusion patients often feel. She is a firm believer that beauty is defined by how you feel, not by external standards. Her "less is more" philosophy focuses on rejuvenation and radiance rather than radical change, ensuring your unique features are always respected.

Lisa is a passionate advocate for ethical, honest care and takes the time to ensure every patient feels listened to, informed, and relaxed. When she isn't in the clinic, Lisa is an "introverted extrovert" who loves hiking with her Labrador, 80s music, and being a self-proclaimed "meme queen". She is thrilled to bring her clinical perfectionism and "girl next door" warmth to the Stroud flagship team.

As our Clinic Receptionist and Administrator, she manages the heartbeat of the Stroud flagship, bridging the gap between clinical excellence and the warm, nurturing experience GBL is known for.

With a deep-rooted passion for health and wellness, Adelayde lives our philosophy every day. She understands that the GBL experience begins long before you enter the treatment room, and she takes pride in creating a calm, professional, and supportive environment where every patient feels truly valued and heard.

When she isn't at the front desk, Adelayde is a force of nature. She’s currently finishing her Personal Trainer qualification and training to compete in combat sports. To balance her high-energy training, she enjoys the creative outlet of playing the piano. On her slower days, you’ll find her out on adventures with her partner or enjoying a well-earned dinner with friends.
