It may not be easy to know what your symptoms could be caused from, which is why we recommend booking a consultation first. We can then decide which test would be best.

Our practitioner Leah is a registered prescriber nurse with years of experience taking blood & cannulating while working as a nurse and sister in the private and NHS healthcare service.

The duration of the screening depends on the type of test being conducted. Most appointments take between 15 to 30 minutes. Our staff will ensure that the process is as quick and comfortable as possible.

Preparation varies depending on the type of test you are taking. For most blood tests, fasting for a certain period before the test may be required. Specific instructions will be provided to you when you book your test.

 

Depending on the type of screening appointment, we will usually take body measurements, conduct a blood draw and you may be asked to provide a urine sample. You will also be asked to remove your shoes as part of the appointment as part of the body composition assessment.
