Appointments, Deposits & Cancellations

Deposits & Payment

A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments. Deposits are taken to reserve practitioner time, treatment rooms, and resources, and therefore cannot be refunded under any circumstances.

The remaining balance is payable at your appointment unless the treatment has been paid for in full in advance.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

Any cancellations will result in the loss of the deposit. We require a minimum of 72 hours’ notice to reschedule an appointment to keep the deposit. Cancellations, changes, or rescheduling requests made within 72 hours of the scheduled appointment time will result in the loss of the deposit.

Appointments may be rescheduled at most once. If this limit is exceeded, or if the client is unable to attend the rescheduled appointment, the appointment will be forfeited, and the deposit will be lost.

All cancellation or rescheduling requests must be made via the clinic’s designated contact methods. Messages sent outside of opening hours will be deemed received on the next working day.

Late Cancellations & No-Shows

Failure to attend an appointment without prior notice will be classed as a no-show. In such cases, the client will be liable for 100% of the total treatment cost.

Deposits are non-transferable and cannot be applied to alternative appointments, treatments, or dates.

Late Arrivals

Clients who arrive late may have their appointment shortened or, where this is not possible, may be unable to proceed with treatment. In such cases, the appointment may be classed as a late cancellation or no-show, and full charges may apply.

Discretion & Exceptional Circumstances

We understand that exceptional circumstances can arise. Any discretion applied to deposits or charges is at the sole discretion of the clinic and does not set a precedent for future bookings.

Agreement to Terms

By booking an appointment, paying a deposit, or attending treatment, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms and conditions.

The membership period is a minimum of 12 months from the date of enrollment.

However, as per regulation 36 of Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, if you choose to commence your treatment immediately, you agree that if you subsequently cancel your agreement within 14 days, you will pay the balance of the treatment or package, less an amount for the payments you have already made starting from the first day after joining.

Missed Appointments:
If a member misses an appointment, the monthly treatment will be forfeited and will not be rescheduled or refunded.
